When not attending any events we have, there are plenty of fun things to do in and around Pullman! We’ve compiled a list of some fun things we enjoy doing that we think you’ll have fun doing too.

Zeppoz – Our local bowling alley with an attached restaurant, arcade, and casino. On Sunday nights they have discounted bowling.

Kamiak Butte County Park – This park is north of Pullman on your way up to Palouse. It has a circular hiking trail that goes up and down a huge hill. If you go this way, be sure to check out the small city of Palouse as well.

WSU Bear Center – Famed to be the only grizzly bear research center in the US, WSU has a handful of bears that can be seen roaming around there pens and yard. You might be able to catch a worker or volunteer feeding the bears who are willing to answer questions.

The Bookie – Located on the top of College Hill in the CUB, The Bookie is our bookstore and gift shop. It has many different items to look through to help fill your cougar needs.

Ferdinand’s Ice Cream Shoppe – Home of the famous Cougar Gold, Ferdinand’s has many WSU inspired ice cream and cheese flavors to choose from. You can also peek in through the observatory room as they prepare the cheese in house.

Village Centre Cinemas – Our local movie theater has multiple screens with lots of daily movies to watch. While the Pullman theater is closer, some of the screens in Moscow have reclining chairs!
